1. Services

MemoryMaker2k25 specializes in:

  • Birthday and anniversary decorations

  • Surprise celebrations

  • Baby showers, engagement naming ceremonies, and flower decorations

  • Budget-friendly photography services

All services are provided based on availability and confirmed bookings.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.

  • Prices may vary based on event type, location, and customization requirements.

  • Final payment must be cleared before or on the day of the event.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund (advance minus processing charges).

  • Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate event details (date, time, location) at the time of booking.

  • Any required permissions (venue approvals, society permissions, etc.) must be arranged by the client.

  • MemoryMaker2k25 is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or third-party issues.

5. Our Responsibilities

  • We ensure timely setup and high-quality decorations.

  • In case of unavoidable delays (traffic, weather conditions), we will inform the client promptly.

  • If we fail to deliver the confirmed service due to our fault, a partial refund will be issued for services not delivered.

6. Content Ownership

  • Photos and videos taken during events (if provided by us) may be used for our portfolio or social media, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • All designs, themes, and creatives remain the intellectual property of MemoryMaker2k25.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MemoryMaker2k25 is not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during the event.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific booking.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be available on our website, and continued use of our services means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru courts.
